She said, "I had enough media experience, so I thought of starting on my own, and content creation and anchoring were a natural progression."
After completing her studies, her professional career started in 2006 with Sahara Samay News in Noida. In 2009, she joined Zee News and later moved to Zee Business in 2011. Until 2014 she had worked on political coverage, business journalism, hard news, and television debates at Zee Network. In 2014, she joined ABP News, where she worked on major political stories, national issues, and in-depth explainers till 2019. Later the same year, she became a part of Republic Media Network, where she continued anchoring and reporting till 2022. She then moved to TV9 Bharatvarsh, where she worked across television and digital platforms. Doctor turned model and actress Roma Arora, who has been part of shows such as Jhanak, Kathaa Ankahee, Kundali Bhagya and is currently seen in live theatre play named Pyar Mein Twist, says that she makes sure to celebrate days such as Valentine’s Day. The actress adds that she likes to make time for the people she loves and such days allow her to do that.

“I believe love is meant to be celebrated, and it comes in many forms—not just romantic love. Since I’m single right now, I don’t have a partner to celebrate Valentine's Day with, but I still make the most of it by celebrating with my friends, especially my fellow single friends. We usually hang out, go for dinner, and simply enjoy life. I see Valentine’s Day as another beautiful opportunity to appreciate the love and support we have around us. So, I choose to celebrate it openly with my friends, embracing the joy of togetherness,” she says.

Talking about them, she says, “I am strictly against concepts like situationships because they completely contradict my belief in love. I have never been in a situationship, nor will I ever be in one, because, to me, love is about giving, not expecting. Talking about herself, she says, “I’m still single, unmarried, and not committed to anyone, so I don’t really see myself as someone to give advice to the younger generation. But when it comes to love, I’ve set a few things for myself.”

She adds, “I believe love is when someone truly wants to be with you in every aspect of life—whether it’s hitting the gym together, traveling, working side by side, or just spending time without ever thinking of replacing you. If being with you makes them genuinely happy, that’s love. And if it feels unconditional and not like a transaction, then it’s worth going for. That’s what I believe in.”

The news reports that there's a panic in the city about a "petticoat thief" who steals ladies' petticoats. Happu discusses this with Manohar the next day. Manohar reveals that he is actually the petticoat thief due to a childhood trauma and promises not to do it anymore. Happu keeps this a secret.

The next morning, Happu goes to pick up the newspaper and someone throws a petticoat at him and runs away. The person who owns the petticoat accuses Happu of being the petticoat thief. Happu scares him away, but the man goes to the police station and files a complaint against Happu. Malaika and Comm then search Happu’s house and find a lot of petticoats under the bed, which are actually Manohar's. Happu had brought them home to destroy them as evidence against Manohar.

Happu explains that the petticoats belong to Manohar, but no one believes him, and Happu is arrested. A trial starts in court against Happu. Beni defends Happu, but Beni’s teacher KC Kachahariya stands against him. During a couple of hearings, all evidence is against Happu, and Beni struggles to present his case well against his teacher. Amma and Rajesh lose faith in Happu and start drinking. In the third hearing, Manohar confesses to the crime, but Kachahariya discredits his testimony, claiming it was given as a favor.

In the end, Khodi provides testimony that he saw someone throw a petticoat at Happu, but his testimony is not very useful in court. The judge gives a very small sentence to Happu.
